ABOUT DR. HACKETT
Dr. Chris Hackett was first introduced to chiropractic at age 18 after suffering an injury while weight lifting. After seeing an Orthopedist who was unable to help, a friend referred him to a Chiropractor with the hope he could provide some relief. After being treated successfully, he was amazed by the healing possibilities, and soon realized the path he wanted to take in life.
Dr. Chris studied Biology at Western Washington University, and received his Doctorate of Chiropractic from Life Chiropractic College West. He has been in practice for over 20 years, using a multitude of techniques including Diversified, Gonstead, Biophysics, Instrument adjusting, and extremity work. He has successfully treated patients from 5 days to 95 years old, suffering from a wide range of conditions. His love for helping people runs deep and he is inspired everyday by the amazing transformations his patients experience.

ABOUT CHIROPRACTIC
Chiropractic is a gentle, effective, and natural way of bringing the body’s systems back into alignment to achieve optimal health. By analyzing a patient’s skeletal structure, Dr. Hackett identifies small misalignments, or “subluxations”, which cause a decrease in the flow of information from brain to body, leading to dysfunction. Once detected, these subluxations are manipulated back into place, leading to a reduction in pain and return to proper function.
An initial visit with Dr. Hackett will include a thorough examination of your spine, pelvis, and other structures. X-rays are sometimes necessary to get a complete view. After determining a course of action, Dr. Hackett will use the most effective tools to make the corrections. This can include his hands, drop tables and other special instruments if needed.
Dr. Hackett is proud to be serving the residents of Hayden, Coeur d’Alene, and surrounding areas. His office is a calm, welcoming place conveniently located on N Government Way in downtown Hayden, close to City Hall and the Hayden Public Library.

Dr. Hackett is currently accepting new patients. He accepts the following insurance plans: Regence, Blue Cross of Idaho, Mediare, and Medicaid. For those opting to pay out of pocket, cash and credit card payments are also accepted.
